I thought I could pick the lock… I was not able to. I do not have a spare set of keys and do not want to pay for a locksmith. Suggestions?

Get a Coat Hanger. The wire type. Make it straight. Then bend the wire like a hook. Use like a screwdriver to push the window so you can have more room to hook and pull the trigger that unlocks the lock. It takes time and patience, but you’ll get it!

You can try inserting a knife into the the lock. That works on some older cars. Otherwise, try working a coat hanger in through the window. Sometimes you can unlock it from the inside that way. Good luck.

You can break in or sometimes, a key is very simple and can be a normal house key. (unlikely)
Just break in man.

Do you have On Star if so then you can call them and they can remotely pop it for you. If not sometimes the local police can open it for you.

Well. . . I have seen it done with a metal coat hanger slid down the car window and into the door where the handle is on the inside. . .
I don’t know how it works exactly. . .but I have almost always cracked my car window incase I do this and leave it cracked when I get out habitually so I can snak through the crack with a hanger if I do that!
( I like to sabatage myself regularly) LOL
