How would I rekey Kawasaki Concours 2 saddlebags without buying the expensive OEM lock bundle? Don’t have keys?

Get a locksmith to pick your locks, and then you can remove the locks to make keys. The code on the back of the ignition barell is vital info for a locksmith to know, along with make, model year. A good locksmith can do this.

Yes a lock smith can rekey the locks to your ignition or the entire bike, at that time spring for the extra keys. Any price is too cheap.
