We have lost the one and only key for the truck’s ignition & doors. The key code sticker is gone & the dealership said that using the vin # for key remakes is only available for 1996 to present vehicles. What is the least expensive way to get a key for the vehicle. Will we have to call a locksmith and pay $100 or is there a cheaper way to do this?

I lost the only key I had to my 1996 Saab 900s. Can I have a duplicate made by Saab and mailed to me? If so, how much should I expect to pay? I want a ballpark figure so that I’ll know if some of the local Locksmith companies are trying to rip me off or if they’re even able to make it. I get the feeling that all they do is act like a middle man between myself and Saab and just add some padding to the price. I’d really appreciate anyone’s input! Thanks!

I have lost the key to my company file cabinet and desk. I see numbers on the face of the lock that says UM270 I tried to go to my lock smith and they could not make this key. In order to get a replacement key thought my office it is a $30 fee. Is there some where that I can order online for cheaper?

I recently bought my first car, and it’s a 1992 Sable in decent condition. The thing is, the previous owner broke the key off in the driver’s side door lock. He was nice enough to bring out a locksmith to make me a new key, free of charge, obviously. But the lock is still jammed. How much, approximately, would it cost to get this fixed?

Hi, I bought a 4GB memory card for my digital camera, a Canon IXUS 55, and when it is inserted, it gives an error saying the memory card is locked. I have flicked the switch on the side of the card to locked and then unlocked and it still doesn`t work. Any ideas please? Thankyou.
